Agreement
By using WABOT.VIP you agree to these terms and referenced policies. Organisational users confirm they have authority to bind their organisation.
Service
WABOT.VIP provides connected messaging, automation, CRM, inbox, campaign, analytics, team and reseller/customer workspace tools. Features may vary by plan and third-party availability.
Accounts
- Provide accurate details and protect credentials.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and child workspaces.
- Resellers are responsible for customer relationships, pricing and support promises.
Third-party platforms
Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram and other integrations are independent services. Their approvals, limits, terms and technical changes apply separately. WABOT.VIP cannot guarantee continued permission or account availability.
Plans and billing
Fees, limits, billing periods, taxes, renewals and refunds are governed by the plan or seller agreement shown at purchase. Access may be suspended for overdue payment.
Acceptable use
Users must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and must not send spam, unlawful, deceptive or abusive communications.
Customer data
You retain ownership of lawful content you submit and grant WABOT.VIP a limited right to process it only to provide and secure the service. You are responsible for consent, accuracy and legality.
Availability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Maintenance, security incidents, networks and third-party changes may affect availability.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for abuse, security risk, non-payment, legal requirements or material breach.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WABOT.VIP is not liable for indirect, consequential or special loss, including lost revenue, data or business opportunity.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by applicable laws of Pakistan, without limiting mandatory rights that cannot be excluded. Contact support@wabot.vip.
