Prohibited activity
- Spam, harassment, fraud, impersonation or deceptive marketing.
- Malware, phishing, credential theft or unauthorised access.
- Illegal goods, unlawful surveillance or prohibited content.
- Platform-policy evasion or attempts to bypass limits and reviews.
- Uploading personal data without authority.
Messaging requirements
- Identify the sender.
- Respect opt-outs promptly.
- Maintain consent records.
- Use reasonable frequency and relevant content.
- Follow Meta, WhatsApp, Telegram and applicable laws.
Enforcement
WABOT.VIP may investigate, rate-limit, suspend or terminate activity that creates legal, security or deliverability risk.
